Full service property management with personalized attention to every owner. Domaci Property Management limits the number of properties we maintain to allow for this type of boutique service.

   24 hour full service maintenance:
   General maintenance/remodel: $75 per hour
   Electrical, plumbing & appliance repair: $85 per hour
   Painting (Interior & Exterior): $45 per hour
   Cleaning: $45 per hour
After 6 pm, emergency calls and weekend calls, add an additional $20 per hour.
Add $20 per trip for work outside of city limitsand fuel costs for distances greater than 30 miles.
Tenant "no shows” are billed for 1 hour at regular rates.
